ESCI: Supporting Staff with Mental Health Issues - Spectrum Life

Mental Health is a dynamic system - shaped by daily pressures, relationships and environments.

This interactive workshop equips school leaders with practical tools to support staff wellbeing while maintaining their own boundaries and self-care.

Learning outcomes: participants will be able to:

  • practice simple, effective techniques for approaching mental health conversations
  • use case studies to apply these principles
  • reflect on their own self-care and boundaries
  • learn how to support staff without overextending themselves.

Spectrum Life is the Employee Assistance Service provider for the Department of Education & Youth.

This service is available to all school staff employed in recognised Primary and Post-Primary schools.

Part of this service is the provision of webinars such as this one to promote wellbeing in schools.
